Mini Police 2021-2022 Term 1 - Term 3

Term 3 - 16.02.22 - Graduation for Mini Police.

Congratulations to the Mini Police who have attended the sessions over the last three terms and have now graduated. It has been an amazing journey with them and we will be opening the next Mini Police programme in term 4. Also Milton Park would just like to say a massive thank you to the officers who have helped through the entire programme. Avon Somerset.

Term 3 - 09.02.22 - Duke of Cornwall Community Safety Award

Well done Mini Police, for completing your Duke Of Cornwall award by doing your water safety training. Remember, next week is your graduation ceremony at 3:30pm, after your final session at 2pm. You've embraced the Mini Police project and made us all at Milton Park, very proud.

Term 3 - 02.02.22 - Duke of Cornwall Community Safety Award

Well done to the Mini Police who have completed Force Wide Event Online Safety Training today. This is part of the Duke of Cornwall Community Safety Award. They will be completing their Force Wide Event Water Safety next week.

Term 2 - Litter picking within the community.

Well done to the Mini Police who went to Ashcombe Park to pick litter up. We also posted Christmas cards to our local residents. A big thank you to the Police Community Support Officers of Avon and Somerset Police.

Term 2 - 01.12.21 - Christmas card making for our community.

Great work today Mini Police. We have been making Christmas cards, ready to post in a few weeks to our neighbours in the community. We will be starting a community project soon, picking up litter in the community.

Term 2 - 17.11.21 - Winning Mini Police presentation group.

Congratulations to the Mini Police Group who suggested the litter picking. We will be doing some community work in the local area in the next few weeks.

Term 2 - 10.11.21 - Mini Police Presentation to our parents.

Well done to the mini police who did their presentations so we could decide which project we will be completing in the next few sessions. The results will be revealed on Wednesday 17th November 2021.

Term 1 - 10.10.21 - Visit from PC Jack and PC Harry

The Milton Mini police were visited by two Police Constables who talked to the children about what is needed to be a police officer and the responsibilities that come with this role. Children also thought of questions to ask the officers and had the chance to look at some of their police equipment.
