Meet the Team

Mr Turner

This is my eighth year at Milton Park Primary School and my tenth year as a teacher. I started as a NQT in September 2014 and took sabbatical leave to work in the UAE (United Arab Emirates) for two years. I have worked in years 3, 4, mixed 3/4 and 5 during my time here and now back to year 3. I love working at Milton Park as I feel the staff work towards the same goals, allowing the children to achieve their full potential and build on the school’s three R’s: responsibility, resilience and respect. When I am not at school I enjoy reading and taking my dog for a walk and trying to stop him chasing squirrels!

Mrs D Chadwick

I have been teaching for 20 years now and am looking forward to getting stuck into life at Milton Park! I really love to see children achieve, especially if they have found it difficult to begin with. 

Outside of school, I play netball twice a week and enjoy watching cricket in the summer. I spend my time watching my children play sport and if there's any time left over I enjoy reading children's books and reviewing them for a publishing company. 

Mrs Howarth

I have worked at Milton Park Primary school since 2005. I began my school career as an LSA before training to be a Teaching Assistant and latterly a Higher Level Teaching Assistant. Prior to having my two children, I was a Customer Services Manager for a high street bank. During my time at Milton Park, I have worked across years 2 to 6 and am very much looking forward to working in Years 3 and 4 this year. Outside of work, I enjoy going to the theatre, spending time with my family and reading.
