Application form

All admissions requests are processed by the Local Authority . Milton Park Primary school has a standard intake of 60 children per year group. Applications must be returned to the council, in person, by post or electronically, by the closing date each year. Applicants are advised to read the parent guide, which is available on the Council website, before applying.
