We are currently reviewing our school’s behaviour policy. It is a primary aim of Milton Park Primary School that every member of the school community feels valued and respected, and that each person is treated fairly and well. We are a caring community, whose values are built on mutual trust and respect for all. We want our school’s behaviour policy to therefore support the way in which all members of the school can work together in a supportive way. Our policy will promote an environment in which everyone feels happy, safe and secure.
In order to create a policy which suits our school needs we have a ‘working party ‘ who meet regularly, listen to the voice of our school community, through surveys and discussion groups. This is in conjunction with training and research which will help us as a school, create a new behaviour policy which promotes good relationships, so that people can work together with the common purpose of helping everyone to learn.
We are trialing our new guidance in term 4 , in readiness for implementing our new policy.
